Contact and complaint forms may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, ward, subject, and message. Volunteer registration may additionally collect Bangla and English names, applicant and parent NID numbers, family contact details, ward, house or holding number, and address.
The website uses essential session and language-preference cookies. For security and rate limiting, an IP-derived one-way hash and submission time may be recorded. The site does not use these essential records to build advertising profiles.
Public forms use HTTPS and anti-forgery protection. Volunteer NID numbers are encrypted before database storage, and security identifiers are stored as one-way hashes. Access should be limited to authorised administrators. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so avoid sending sensitive information through public comments, Facebook, or WhatsApp.
Personal information is not sold. It may be accessed by authorised personnel, technical service providers needed to operate the website, or a lawful authority when disclosure is required by applicable law. Only information reasonably necessary for the purpose should be shared.
Submission records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, administer volunteer activity, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal requirements. Records that are no longer needed should be securely removed or anonymised.
You may ask to review or correct information you submitted, withdraw a pending volunteer application, or request deletion where retention is not otherwise required. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Embedded maps, Facebook content, WhatsApp links, and government portals may process information under their own privacy policies. Review those policies before using the external service.
